While discussing my summer holiday, it was brought up the family might visit Alton Towers on the way down to Kent to see my uncle. One slight problem though - we're bringing grandma.

It made me think, what is there for her to do? Obviously she's too old for any roller coaster, even the tamer ones like spin ball and the runaway mine train. She'd probably like the gardens, and Charlie and the chocolate factory, but what Alton Towers really needs is in my opinion something for the older generation.

What do you guys think there is at the towers for old people?
